Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, dan-grethen. I would be delighted to assist you here with contacting our Support Team. Since you are experiencing an error, I would recommend a few things to rule out any browser-related issues. 

 

Solution 1: Try logging in using private browsing. This method ensures that the browser would not store cookies, history, or any form of data that could cause issues.

  • Google Chrome:Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you can get to the contact segment without any errors, this indicates that your cache and cookies need to be cleared. 

 

Solution 2: Clear cache. Over time, the collection of data from frequent page visits can cause corruption of data. Clearing cache will remove those corruptions, allowing the page to load a clean copy. Depending on the browser you have, follow this link to clear the cache.

 

Solution 3: Try a different browser. Once you have used a private browser, clear your cache, and the issue persists, use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer. Sign in to our QuickBooks online account and use this visual as a guide to connect with us.undefined
