When you link your credit card account to PayPal and use it to pay for expenses, QuickBooks automatically generates a transfer transaction in both accounts within your bank feeds.
One potential reason it may not display as a Match in your credit card account is that the transaction (expense or transfer) hasn't been recorded in QuickBooks. To resolve this, you'll need to manually create the transaction and ensure the date and amounts align with the downloaded one.
Once the transaction is created, QuickBooks should automatically suggest it as a Match.
However, if you’ve already recorded the transaction and Match is still not appearing or suggested, you can use the "Find Match" feature.
Here's how:
Once matched, the transaction will appear in your bank register.
