I'm having trouble getting my paper checks to print from Quickbooks. Is there anyone else who has this issue?

I have tried getting 'help' for being able to print a paper check from QB, but no luck.  Keeps just going to this attached page.

Hi there, @RSVP1947.

I'm here to help ensure you're able to print the paper checks.

Let ensure the Adobe Acrobat or Reader installed on your computer is updated. Outdated versions of Adobe might not work when trying to print pay stubs and sales forms. To update, please refer to the link under How to update Adobe Reader/Acrobat in the following article: How to update, repair, or re-install Adobe installations.

After updating, set it as the default PDF viewer for your browser. This is to make sure you're using the updated version when printing the transactions in QuickBooks.

If you're getting the same results, please refer to this article for other troubleshooting steps: Troubleshoot printing paychecks, pay stubs, and forms.

Step 1: Use an incognito window.

It's likely a result of a browser error. This private window prevents your browser from storing additional cache files that maybe not letting you print pay stubs. It's also a good way to check issues caused by a full cache. Please refer to this article for the supported browsers: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employe...

Step 2: Delete cache and temporary internet files

When Step 1 works, it's recommended to clear cache and temporary internet files to optimize the browser's performance. This will also help delete the information stored in the cache.

Step 3: Disable pop-up blocker

Sometimes, certain updates will reset the pop-up blocker on your browser. Follow links below on how to turn this off:

Keep me posted on how this goes by leaving a message in this thread. I'd be glad to help you out.

I have exactly the same problem. Did anyone get a suggestion? This is quite a common issue, please suggest me if you find any solution for it.

I can't print one darn check now - this transition from quickbooks desktop to online has been a nightmare !!!  I should not have to clear a cache to print a simple check.  I print the check and nothing happens, it just says check saved.  This darn transition has wasted probably more than 40 hours of my time or more so far...issue after issue...just complaining AGAIN
