I'm having trouble opening reports, is there a problem on your end?

Thank you for posting here in the Community and sharing your experience while opening reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

I've checked and verified that we have reported issues with other users when opening reports in QBO. We've already submitted a ticket about this issue and our engineers are all hands on deck working together for an immediate fix to sort everything out.

 

As of now, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team to add you to the list of affected users and receive an email notification for the latest updates.

 

For the support's contact information and open hours:

 

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  4. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
