I'm new to this. How do I confirm that an ACH payment was sent out when I do not use Quicken's checking account, but my own business account?

Welcome to the world of ACH payments! If you sent out an ACH payment using your business bank account (and not through Quicken's checking account), you can confirm the payment status by checking your bank's portal or app, Lisa.

Log in to your online banking portal or app and check your account’s transaction history. Look for the ACH payment and review the details, such as the date, description, and status, to confirm if it was sent or processed.

If you can’t check the ACH payment status online, contact your bank or visit a branch with the payment details, like the recipient’s account number, amount, and date. You can also ask the recipient to confirm if they received the payment in their account.

Also, some banks send email confirmations when an ACH payment is processed. Check your inbox for notifications from your bank.
