I’m trying to add my bank account to accept payments but when I hit save it does nothing

Hi there, Kelly. May I ask what type of bank account you’re trying to add? QuickBooks Online Payments can only deposit customer payments into one account at a time (your payments account), and there are important requirements to consider.

You can change or add the bank account QuickBooks Online uses to deposit payments each time you process credit card or ACH transactions. However, the account must be a standard, transactional U.S.-based checking or savings account that accepts deposits. Accounts that won’t work include, PayPal, lines of credit, mutual funds, government accounts, credit card accounts, wire transfer-only accounts, paper draft accounts, and any non-transactional accounts.
