I'm trying to e subscribe due to a missed payment and it used to come out of my business account but I don't know how to do that again my card is not a Visa debit.

I cannot find an option where I can make it come directly out of my bank account like it use to

Do you need to resubscribe your account or sign up for a new blank account?

I'm trying to e subscribe due to a missed payment and it used to come out of my business account but I don't know how to do that again my card is not a Visa debit.

I need to re subscribe my account but with my bank account information not my bank card information because it only accepts Visa debit bank cards.

 I had previously had it set up where it came straight out of my business bank account but it's not giving me that option anymore.

QuickBooks Online supports credit and debit cards for subscriptions. These include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal and Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank transfers are also acceptable forms of payment.

 

When setting up a direct debit, make sure that your business bank account has a United States-based billing address. Take note that US territories are excluded. 

 

Since you were able to use that billing option last time, let's perform some basic troubleshooting to isolate the issue. There are times that the accumulated cache and cookies cause snags and strange behaviors in the program. You can start by resubscribing through a private window using these shortcut keys:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If that works, go back to your main browser and then clear the site data to get rid of the junk files. Switching to other supported web browsers can also help fix the issue.
