I'm trying to print my P&L for last year and I get an error that says " webpage at https://c16.qbo.intuit.com may have moved permanently to a new web address."

There are times that the browser stores too much cache that can affect your account performance. Thus, using a private window helps us verify if this as this doesn’t store any data file.

To open a private window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcut keys depending on the browser you’re using:

• Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome browser.
• Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox browser.
• Press keys: Command + Shift + N for Safari browse, 

Once opened, try to print your profit and loss report to double-check. If it works, go back to your regular browser and delete its cache and cookies. This will make your browser to start from a clean slate and function efficiently.

If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers. That way, we can check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
