I'm trying to send emails from QuickBooks Online. While the email appears correctly styled in QuickBooks, it loses all formatting and only plain text shows up when it reaches the recipient's inbox. I've checked all the settings and always select the correct email template, but the issue persists.

I'm trying to send emails from QuickBooks Online. While the email appears correctly styled in QuickBooks, it loses all formatting.

You can go to the Online delivery option to change the format when sending an email, @Venrup PK.

When emails lose formatting when sending emails in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it's usually because they're set to Plain text. To fix this, you'll need to change it to Online invoice delivery.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Sales tab.
  3. Locate the Online delivery option, then choose Online invoice.
  4. Once done, select Save.

This changes the format of the email. Send a sample email to check out the formatting changes.
