You'll need to enable the inventory tracking feature in your account settings, Johnson. I'm here to guide you through the process.

QuickBooks Online has everything you need to manage your inventory. Once that's activated, you'll be all set to manage your inventory seamlessly.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings.
  2. Next, click on the Sales tab.
  3. In the Products and Services section, click on Edit (represented by a pencil icon).
  4. Here, you'll want to enable the option Show Product/Service column on sales forms.
  5. Additionally, turn on Track Quantity and price/rate and Track inventory quantity on hand.
  6. Once you've made these changes, click Save and then Done to apply the settings.

Here's a comprehensive guide for additional information and steps: Set up and track your inventory in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you can utilize reports to gain valuable insights into your purchasing and selling activities, as well as monitor the status of your inventory.
