I'm using Mac OS 11.2.2 and QBO crashes, asks me to log in again whenever I add a new tab. Is there a solution or is this being worked on?

QBO worked perfectly prior to the new Mac OS, so is there a fix to using more than 1 tab with the QBO app?

Hi there. 2argylellc.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. To make sure your app is working properly we need to ensure that the app is updated into the latest version. For iOS is 13.0.

Also, we can reset the application to refresh it. Follow the steps below:

For iOS:

  1. Go to Help & Feedback at the top menu bar.
  2. Choose Reset App Data. Then Refresh.

For more detailed steps of the process, check out this article: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks app.

Then close and reopen the app to check if it's works. If still get the same result, let's uninstall and reinstall the app to start on a clean cliche.

If there's anything else you need help with, please don't hesitate to swing by anytime. Have a great day!

Still the same issues after 1) Resetting and 2) Deleting the QBO App and reinstalling.

The "About QBO" still has the same info: Version 4.3.0-82 (4.3.0-82.82), © 2017-2020 Intuit Inc.
All rights reserved.Features and services within QuickBooks products may be the subject matter of pending and issued U.S. Patents assigned to Intuit Inc.

I have used "Check for updates" and the window opens that states:

There are no updates available, you have the latest version of QuickBooks!

Is it possible that QBO has not been updated since 2000 and does not support Mac OS BigSur 11.2.2?

I appreciate any help because the app allowed more tabs to be open and now i can only have one tab open.

Thanks,

Ed
