I need a call back from a human

Welcome to the Community. Let me share some information about contacting QuickBooks support.

 

I know that you need to get hold of someone for your QuickBooks concern. However, the Community is a public forum, and the ability to call is unavailable.

 

I'd suggest using the Get a callback or Start a chat feature from the Help menu. Our Support Team has access and tools unavailable to me so that your information is kept secure and private.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help tab at the top menu bar.
  2. Select Get help from a human.
  3. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you

 

For additional reference, I recommend watching our video tutorials to effectively manage your QBO account.

 

Also, can I ask for the specific problems you're experiencing in QuickBooks? I want to make sure I've got you covered.

 

Please let us know if you need anything else regarding using QuickBooks. The Community and I will be here to help you.
