It's great to see you back in the Community. I want to make getting in touch with our support an easy task for you. First, allow me to provide you with a few steps on how to print annual reports in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Reports tab. 
  2. Select the Reports portion of the page. 

 

 

       3. Locate and click on the report you want to run. 

       4. Once you've set the correct date and filter settings, hit Run report

       5. Afterwards, click the Printer icon in the top right-hand corner of the report.
