YOu need to take the proper steps to request a phone call. 

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.

2. Select Contact Us.

3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.

4. From here you can select to receive a call back or Chat.

  1. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support

However, if your concern is related to your account's billing, ongoing issues, and escalated cases follow-up, you can reach our Live Support through these steps:

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help menu and click on Contact Us.
  2. Type the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  3. On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  4. Choose Start messaging to initiate a discussion with a live agent or Get a call for callbacks.

 

 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made changes to our operation hours and our contact options. To reach us on time, our Live Help are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM til 3:00 PM on Saturdays.

You can always request a callback from our Customer Support Team. Once they received it, they'll contact you as soon as possible. Aside from that, we also have the Chat Support Team. You can reach out to them as well. 

  1. Go to Help and enter Talk to a human.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern.
  3. Click I still need a human, then Contact us.

Also, I'd like you to check the support hours of QuickBooks Online. Because of the pandemic, there are some adjustments to staffing.
