I need a phone number to speak to a human

There's not one.  You have to request a callback./

Login to your QB account and click Help.  

Keep typing need a human until you get to where it will ask you Chat, callback, or ask the community.  Click the Have us call you, unless you're ok to do the chat. 

I am calling because I cannot log into my accounts

This happens every year..they are not linked and every time I am told they fixed it

and every time it is not...again
