This can be done in just a few steps, directly through your QuickBooks Desktop account. Here's how:
1. Press the F1 key on your keyboard.
2. Select Contact Us at the bottom of the Help panel.
3. Enter Support in the field and click Continue.
4. From here you can choose to schedule a callback for a time that's convenient with you.
