I need help with few things can you please call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx

Hello, welnervillatoro.

There's no need to call in. I have the steps to help you find a customer statement and the description of the work on an invoice.

You can find a customer statement under the All Sales tab. All you have to do is to filter the view. Here's a step-by-step instruction:

  1. Go to the Sales menu, then click the All Sales tab.
  2. Click the Filter button.
  3. Select Statements under Type.
  4. Specify the date and the customer if necessary.
  5. Click Apply

This will only show the statement types, the dates, and which customer the statement is attached to. It won't display the description of the work however.

Also, is the work description not showing on the customer invoice when previewing or printing it? If that's the case, then you'll want to ensure the column is enabled on your custom forms. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Find and open your style by clicking the Edit button.
  3. Go to the Content tab.
  4. Click the second section.
  5. Ensure the Description box is checked
  6. Click Done.

Reprint or resend your invoice with your new custom form style.

If this isn't the case, are you simply looking to find a specific description of the work in an invoice? In this case, you'll want to run a report. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Type "Sales by Product/Service Detail" in the search box.
  3. Click the small gear icon.
  4. Ensure the Memo/Description and Client/Vendor Message boxes are checked.

After filtering, check the columns and open the invoice with the work description you're looking for.
