Based on your product tagging and question, it seems to me that you've migrated your data from QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Online or vice versa and needs to restore it to the previous subscription.
Please know that we can recover your transactions as long as they were imported on our system. Since this requires us to pull up your account information, I'd recommend you contact our Customer Care team instead. They can help you retrieve your data and get you back to business.
For future reference, you'll want to move the data from QBSE to QBO using the import process should you want to switch from QBSE to QB Online.
