However, if you wish to talk about your issue via phone, you can request a callback from our QuickBooks Care Support. To get started, open your QuickBooks Online account, then follow these steps:
- Go to the Help icon, then choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
- When asked by the bot, type in a short description of your concern.
- Select I still need a human.
- Proceed with Contact us.
- Click Let’s talk, then tap on Get a callback.
- Type in your contact info.
- Select Confirm my call.
