Hello, Steve. Could you please clarify where you are trying to add a non-US phone number in QuickBooks? Is it in the customer's details, on the vendor's side, or within Accounts and Settings? If it's in those areas, it's possible to add a non-US phone number there.
However, if you're trying to enter a non-US phone number for a scheduled callback, please note that only US phone numbers can be added for the contact information. In this case, you can reach out to our Chat Support team for assistance.
Here's how:
- Navigate to the (?) Help panel.
- Type your concerns into the Search bar.
- Click on Contac Us.

- Select on Chat with us and fill in the required information, leaving the phone number field blank since it’s optional.
- Once done, click Get a chat.

Additionally, you can edit your company settings to to customize your preferences, update your business information, or adjust features that align with your operational needs.
