I have a multitude of problems and hope that a support person can take over my machine and solve those problems. My problems include the need to discover the passwords for my two QuickBooks companies, finding the data for one of my companies that seems to be lost, downloading QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus 2020 which I just purchased this week, and ensure that I have enough space on the C: Drive to be able to download the QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus 2020.

There is a part of the Quickbooks feature that is not functioning correctly. Its a simple filtering which is not working correctly. Causing me delays to sort the accounts for tax purposes.
Unfortunately its very hard to send a support ticket/email as the process for doing this hidden so I had to resuse this ticket.
Please do not make it hard to lodge support tickets. No one is trying to sell you anything at least I am not. If there is no response on this ticket within 4 hours then nevermind.

Apologies for not stating earlier that I am using the QuickBooks Online version for Asia Pacific. I searched for the build data and verify data utility but could not find them on the help menu for Quickbooks Online
If possible please pass this on to their technical team (or the most appropriate team).
The issue happens at this step:
QuickBooks Online > Banking > For Review > Then try to filter to only show records for last financial quarter or enter dates manually.
No filtering takes place and instead all the records are displayed making it difficult to locate a record to update. This is because there is so many unfiltered records including this ones from today.
For now I will do what i can to proceed. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

The Verify and Rebuild Data tool is only available in QuickBooks Desktop. In QuickBooks Online, you can manually update your bank account to show the missing transactions. Let me guide you how.
Before we proceed, may I know the bank account connected to QuickBooks? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.
To get started, let's first export your bank transactions from the For Review tab to double-check. Here's how:
If the transactions still not showing from Excel, let's manually update your bank account. This way, all your recorded bank transactions from the last financial quarter will show in the For Review tab.
