I need the exact parameter for the description of the tax rate !like between these brackets [customer full name] e.g. [tax descrption] = Los Angeles 9.5%

it's needed for the printed invoices so we can see if the correct tax is charged

Currently, the sales tax details are automatically displayed after the Taxable Subtotal of your invoice. I have a helpful tip to ensure the information will show the way you want, 2wrap.

You'll have the option to manually enter the information, specifically the customer's full name and the tax rate in the Description column. I've added a screenshot for your reference:

You may want to add another tax rate or agency and further customize your setup. I've got this article for more details: Set Up Your Sales Tax in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, QuickBooks offers a variety of reports tailored to meet your business needs. You can generate a Taxable Sales Detail report and customize it to display the specific information you need. Please check out this resource for reference: Customize Reports in QuickBooks Online.
