Thanks for taking the time to reached out to us. We're sad to let you go but we're happy to help you out. 


You may cancel your payroll subscription if you no longer need to process paychecks, quarterly or annual forms. 


To cancel your payroll service, here's how:

  1. Click the Gear Icon.
  2. Go to Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. On the Payroll subscription status, select Cancel Service.
  5. Complete the short survey and select Cancel Payroll Service

To further assist you in cancelling your account, I encourage you to get in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and guide you with the steps.


Here's how you can contact our customer support: 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help at the top right.
  3. Click Contact Us to connect with a live agent.

I wouldn't like to see you go, but you can follow the steps below to cancel your subscription. Here's how:


  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  3. Click the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel your trial or Cancel online.
  5. Then, let us follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

To check the 50.00 that was taken out from your account, we can contact our support team to check and  validate it. Here's how:


  1. Go to Help at the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern. 
  3. Click Talk to a human. Then, I still need a human.
  4. You can then get a callback or send a message to start a conversation with our specialist.
