I need to cancel my subscription before 11/30/20 and not sure how

I need to cancel my subscription

Good morning, @fernlima! Sorry to see you go, but happy to help you. :)

 

You can cancel your account while logged in as the Master Admin. Here are the steps:

  1. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.
