You can connect as many bank accounts as needed with any QuickBooks Online plan. Adding your four bank accounts will work seamlessly within your current subscription, so no changes are necessary.
For your two LLCs, QuickBooks allows you to manage multiple companies under the same login. However, each will require its own separate subscription to maintain independent financial records. You’ll still be able to switch between accounts easily from a single login.
