I need to go back to the new version of QuickBooks

May I know what specific interface are you seeing on your screen? If possible, would you mind sharing  a screenshot so we can take a closer look and figure out why you might still be seeing the old version?

Last August 2025, QuickBooks Online (QBO) rolled out a major redesign and an AI-powered " Fusion UI". Initially, users had the flexibility to switch back to the Classic view if they prefer, but this option was discontinued in October 2025, when Intuit officially retired the old interface. Once you are logged in, what you see should be the updated version.

If you're still getting the old version, you can log out and log back in to refresh the page.
