I need to request a callback

Welcome to the Community, drchase1.

 

You can follow the step-by-step process to request a callback from the Support Team instead of waiting on hold for an available agent. You'll first have to review our support hours to ensure they can assist you on time.

 

  1. Click the Help option on the top-right corner of your QuickBooks product.
  2. Enter your issue in the search bar (for example, “payroll”) and review the results.
  3. If you don’t find a solution, select the Contact Us button.
  4. On the Ways we can Connect menu, select the Get a call button.
  5. Enter your contact information and select the Confirm my call button.
  6. You’ll see confirmation of your request and the estimated time until a support agent calls you back.

Once done, you can close the callback window by clicking the "x" option (closing the window will not lose your spot).

Hey there, ericadjusting.

 

Thanks for joining us here in the Community. I'd be glad to provide some info about viewing 1099s in your QuickBooks Online account.

 

You can access and view previously filed 1099 forms that are from January 1 through April 30 at any time from your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:

  1. Go to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Payroll tax, then 1099 filings.
  3. Select View 1099 to view a PDF copy.
