Good Morning, @April24.
I've got you covered! It only takes a few easy steps in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to get a callback from our Customer Support Team. Don't worry. I can walk you through them.
Here's how:
If you're directed to a QB Assistant platform when hitting the Help icon, then I recommend asking your question there. In the end, you can receive a callback by requesting one.

I was sent a delinquent notice for NJ - 927 3rd quarter 2020 quickbooks confirms it has been filed. What do I do ?
please call [Removed by moderator].
Good morning, 63Fender.
Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community. I want to help make sure your NJ-927 form was filed so you don't have to worry about delinquent notices.
In this particular instance, I recommend reaching out to a member of the QuickBooks Online Support Team. Agents have specialized tools, to take a closer look at your account and verify the form was in fact filed. Here's how to get in touch with the team:
1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to begin a chat session, or receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you.
This linked article provides even more info about contacting QuickBooks products and services Support.
Additionally, if you filed the form through QuickBooks, you can find out more about checking e-filing or e-payment status by clicking the link. If you filed somewhere else, I recommend double checking the New Jersey Division of Revenue website.
Please know I'm only a comment or post away if you have any other questions. I'm always happy to help.
