I need to speak with an human

Hello, info-grahamprofe.

Before we take this to our support, I can help you out with the debit card.

What help do you need with the debit card? More details would definitely help me come up with a resolution about your issue.

Are you trying to pay your subscription with a debit card? If so, we accept credit or debit cards as long as it has a valid US address.

You can find out more details about this here: Subscription payment options for QuickBooks Online.

Though, are you trying to get the debit card from the QuickBooks Cash service? Signing up for a Payments account gives you a chance to be approved for our QuickBooks Cash service. You'll be able to get the debit card through mail after three to five business days.

You can find out more details here: Use your QuickBooks Cash account.

If you still need to speak with one of our agents, you can do so by going to the Help icon:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, click the Help icon.
  2. Click the Talk to a human option (or type it in the chat box).
  3. When asked, enter the details of your concern.
  4. Proceed with I still need a human.
  5. Click the Get help from a human, then choose how you want to reach us.

Need to take care of your sales transactions? You can check out these guides to help you record them:

I'm still looking forward to your reply about the debit card. If you have more questions about QuickBooks Online, feel free to ask me in the Reply section below. I'm here to help.

I can help in verifying if the issue you're experiencing is a browser-related one, Tvonb.

Sometimes when you visit websites on a regular browser, it stores internet or cache files that can sometimes cause unusual behavior such as payroll liabilities not showing or calculating. We can start troubleshooting by logging into QuickBooks Online using a private browser since it doesn't store cache files and remembers browsing history. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Then, look into the page where you checked your payroll liabilities and see if it now appears. If you can now see them, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache to refresh the system. However, if you get the same result, you can try using other supported browsers.

If payroll liabilities are still missing after performing these steps, you can reach out to our Phone Support Team so they can closely look into the root cause of this issue.

I'll be adding articles that will help you get an overview of your payroll transactions and preferences:

Should you have other payroll questions, please don't hesitate to mention me in your posts or reply so I can help you. Take care and have a good one!
