I need to talk to a Person.

I need to change my payment to QuickBooks, But it won't let me do it in setting. I need to change from one lump sum payment to monthly payments. I can't have payment come out in Dec. It's my slowest season.

Thanks for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help update your payment method in QuickBooks. 

 

First off, ensure you access your account as Master or Company Admin in a web browser from your smartphone. Then, follow these steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Settings menu, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing Subscription.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon) beside your payment method, then update your credit card info.
  4. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  5. Select Confirm card or Save.

Nope You keep sending me the same information.

I have ask repeatedly for a phone call with zero luck.

Call the For sales number 1-877-683-3280 it just runs you in circles.

I understand your desire to speak to our phone support. The email you're getting informs you that your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is suspended because your credit card information on file may have been expired and just needs to be updated.

 

If you're not able to update your payment information in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll be needing help from our QuickBooks Care Team. Since this concern requires your private information, it would be best to work on this in a secure environment in which our phone support can provide. 

 

The instructions are outlined below:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
