Getting in touch with one of our representatives is easy. Before diving in, please check out our support hours and types guide to ensure your concern gets addressed right away.
When you're ready, here are the steps to follow:
Click the Help (?) menu at the top, and then tap Contact Us.
In case you're routed to the QB Assistant page, type Contact Us and then select Talk to a human.
Tap the Never mind option, and then choose I still need a human.
Click the Contact Us button.
Enter your question or concern on the search box and then click Let's Talk.
Pick the Get a call option. You can also use the Start messaging option.
Fill out the needed info, and then hit Confirm my call to continue.
Alternatively, you can post your questions or concerns here in the Community. This way, other experts and users can share some tips and best practices. I'd appreciate it if you can give us more info about your issue so we can narrow down the best resolution for you.
