I noticed only a random selections of my transactions from my credit card are synced with my quickbooks. How do I fix this?
Hi there, Ashley. In QuickBooks Self-Employed, only transactions that are posted and not already downloaded from your bank will appear, which can make it seem like only random transactions are syncing.
If you notice that some posted transactions are still missing, you can ensure your records are complete by manually refreshing your bank feeds. Go to the Gear icon > ManageAccounts > RefreshAll.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
