I received a free copy of QuickBooks self employed by using TurboTax. But I already have an existing QuickBooks account. How can I get the free copy applied?

I received a free copy of QuickBooks self employed by using TurboTax. But I already have an existing QuickBooks account. How can I get the free copy applied?

Hello charlie23,

 

We're unable to apply the free copy to your existing QuickBooks Self-Employed. Please take note that both TurboTax and QuickBooks Self-Employed should have the same login credentials.

 

If you have different sign-in information for the existing QuickBooks Self-Employed and TurboTax, then you will have to choose which account you want to use.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can click the Assistant option or click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click the Continue button.
