Hello, mchl. Let me help you redirect to the right support.

 

I would recommend contacting our Customer Care, Support Team. They can verify the case number in a secure environment in which the Community is unable to do so since this is a public forum. 

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Select Search for something else.
  5. Enter "received an email with a case number" in the Tell us more about your question: field.
  6. Click Start a Message.

We received two emails on 3/6/2021 with a case number, we did not open a case, can you please review.
