Hi, Silvana.

You can use class tracking feature to assign a specific user to your credit card transactions.

Also, please note class tracking feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced plans.

To begin, turn on Track classes option in QBO. Once done, create classes to assign users or categories to transactions for better organization and tracking.

Once you've completed the steps above, you can assign a class to a specific transaction.

Here's how:

  1. Select the transaction you want to allocate.
  2. Locate the Class field and click dropdown button.
  3. Select the class you created.
  4. Click Confirm.

You can refer to this article to know more about class tracking: Get started with class tracking.
