Hi, surfacesolutionshouston! Let's find the missing payments and deposit them.

Before depositing money into your bank, ensure customer payments are in the Undeposited Funds account. It will then automatically appear in the Bank Deposit window.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Sales, then select All sales to find the invoice payment.
  2. Select the transaction to open, then choose Undeposited Funds in the Deposit to field.
  3. Click Save and close.
  4. You can now select + New, then select Bank Deposit.
