In QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Error 323 is a banking code that indicates you have added the same bank account twice or connected two accounts with similar names or account numbers (last 4 digits).

However, if you've connected two accounts with similar names or account numbers, you can follow the step above to disconnect it, sign in to your bank's website and rename one of the accounts from there. After that, you can follow the steps below to link them again in QuickBooks.
Once connected and transactions are starting to download, I recommend editing, assigning, and categorizing your transactions. Also, you can match them to the existing entries in the software. Just go to the For Review tab from the Banking menu. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.
