Get 50% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months*
Buy nowI'm using QB self employed, and this has been a problem for several months.
Hi Kate,
I completely recognize the inconvenience of not seeing your Chase Bank data in QuickBooks after dealing with this for months. Let’s work together to resolve the connection issue and get things running smoothly.
Did you receive any error messages when retrieving your bank transactions? Knowing this will help us identify the possible causes behind the issue.
In the meantime, it’s possible that the connected Chase Bank account is hidden, especially since the system indicates the account is already linked. While the account remains connected, its transactions are hidden from the Transactions page. Here's how you can make them reappear:

Once done, return to the Transactions page. The bank transactions should now reappear and can be recategorized as needed.
Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance. We're here to help.
Hi @Anonymous,
I just wanted to follow up to check if the resolution we provided helped resolve your issue.
Please let us know if everything is now working as expected or if you're still experiencing any problems.
We'll be glad to assist further if needed.
