Before we proceed, which specific page are you using to search for those invoices from the customer?
In the meantime, we recommend refreshing the page first, as this can help reload all features and ensure they’re available. If refreshing doesn’t work, try logging out of your account and logging back in. This action can reset your session and resolve minor issues.
Alternatively, you can search your invoices through the Invoice List report by going to the Reports section. From the page, you can use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + F to search for the invoice number, amount, or customer name.
