Buy nowI need to lookup old customer information using their phone number, but the phone numbers didn't got transferred. How can I have this issue fixed?
The online migration tool has limits on data transfer, particularly with large company files, Auction. With this, some data may be excluded if the file size is too large.
We have two options to ensure your customers' phone numbers are recorded in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The first is to enter the information manually, providing precise control and ensuring easy access to the data.
The second option is to remigrate your data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online (QBO), provided your QBO account is less than 60 days old. This timeframe is essential as it allows you to override any changes and start fresh. Before remigrating, ensure you condense your company file to reduce its size by removing old transactions and unused lists for a smoother process.
Additionally, I’ll share an article that outlines steps to familiarize yourself with QBO settings after signing up, helping you navigate the platform effectively: Get started and adjust settings after you sign up.
