I synced my quickbooks info to TurboTax but when I went to continue my taxes on TurboTax it isn’t showing up. How can I fix it?

Let's investigate why your taxes are not showing on your TurboTax account, karijones1007.

We can go to the search bar and enter "jump to Schedule C". If there’s a message stating "There’s a bit more information we need to gather about your income", this is required to complete the Schedule C portion of your taxes. Just go through the interview process for your taxes to reflect in your TurboTax account.

If you don't see this message, you may need to trigger the message again.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Sign Out option in the lower right of the screen to sign-out from your TurboTax account completely.
  2. Then, log in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in an incognito browser.
  3. Run through the export process again. This will not export a duplicate set of data.

If the same thins happens, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) support. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue.

I've got a link where you can find articles about managing your taxes in QBSE: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/taxes/07?product=QuickBooks%20Self-Employed.

Fill me in if you need a hand with running tax forms or any QBSE related. I'll be here to ensure your success. Take care always.
