I synced my quickbooks info to TurboTax but when I went to continue my taxes on TurboTax it isn’t showing up. How can I fix it?

We can go to the search bar and enter "jump to Schedule C". If there’s a message stating "There’s a bit more information we need to gather about your income", this is required to complete the Schedule C portion of your taxes. Just go through the interview process for your taxes to reflect in your TurboTax account.
If you don't see this message, you may need to trigger the message again.
Click the Sign Out option in the lower right of the screen to sign-out from your TurboTax account completely.
Then, log in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in an incognito browser.
Run through the export process again. This will not export a duplicate set of data.
