I try to pay bills online and get this error message

Let me help share a few troubleshooting steps to get rid of the error message so you can pay your vendors' bill online.

 

To start with, consider logging into your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito or private window of your browser. You can follow the following shortcut keys below for easy access:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Safari: Ctrl Shift P

If it works in this mode, you can clear your regular browser's cache. But if not, you can use other supported browsers listed in this article: Find out what computer and browser you need for the best QuickBooks experience.

 

However, if the error message specifically says Bill Pay for Quickbooks Online isn't working right now. We're on it; please try again soon, we have an on-going issue related to this as of the moment.

 

Rest assured that our engineering team is in all hands working for a fix as soon as possible. And they haven't yet posted a workaround as of this time. If yes, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. To do so:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Bill Pay for Quickbooks Online isn't working right now. We're on it; please try again soon. in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose a channel where you want to connect with our live support.
