You'll have to ensure that the client you’ve merged is marked as billable to create an invoice, Cheryl.
First, please note that you'll have to set the client to an Unapproved status so that you can edit and mark it as billable. Here’s how:
- Go to Time and select Time entries.
- Set the Display by option to Date and choose Approvals.
- Filter the Date range, and in the Status dropdown, select Unapproved.
- Select the specific client and click on Unapprove.
- Then, click Unapprove and unlock time.

Next, mark them as billable so you can create invoices which will allow the time entries for that client to be displayed. Here’s how:
- Go to Time and select Time Entries.
- Choose the specific client and under the Action column, select Edit.
- Mark it as Billable and click Save.
