I’ve made attempts to activate QuickBooks Payments on my account. Unfortunately, no one has been able to give me an explanation of why I’m not able to receive payments.

I’ve made attempts to activate QuickBooks Payments on my account. Unfortunately, no one has been able to give me an explanation of why I’m not able to receive payments.

There are specific reasons why this could happen, Sev.

 

Start by verifying that your QuickBooks Payments application is approved. You should have received an email confirming the approval or requesting additional details. If you haven't seen it, check your spam or junk folder if the email is not in your inbox.

 

Once done, if your application is approved but you are still unable to receive payments, log in to QuickBooks to check if your Payments account is connected. 

To do this:
 

  1. In your QuickBooks account, look for the gear icon (Located at the top-right corner).





    2. After that, select Account and Settings and proceed to the Payments tab. Confirm that your Payments account is linked. If it is inactive, follow the prompts provided to activate it.


Finally, consider clearing your browser's cache or using a different web browser, as cached data and browser compatibility issues can occasionally interfere with a process's function.

No every time it’s been denied with no explanation.
