With your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you just simply need to click the Help icon to get in touch with our phone support. 

The support operating hours for QBO Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start version is from Monday to Friday 6 AM to 6 PM. On Saturday, support hours are from 6 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time. 

If you're using QBO Advanced, the support operation is 24/7. To reach out to them, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. From the Assistant tab, type your concern. Example: Account is locked.
3. Then, type Talk to a Human and click the Get help from a human option.
4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
