Hi, jiduff. The ProAdvisor profile is for individuals, not for an entire firm. That's why you're unable to see it and activate the listing, as you need to be personally certified in this program.
Since a team member completed the ProAdvisor certification, the options you need will only appear on their QBOA dashboard, as the profile is tied to the specific Intuit ID that passed the exam. Therefore, even as the Primary Admin, these features remain invisible on your account unless you hold an active certification in your name. Please also note that this does not grant you publishing rights.
As a result, you can have the certified team member publish a profile to represent your firm. Although the listing will show their name, they can change it to your firm's name and add the contact details.
On the other hand, if you want the profile to be under your name and managed via your Primary Admin login, you'll need to complete the QuickBooks Online Certification exam under your own user profile. Start by accessing the available Training from the ProAdvisor tab within your QBOA account. Check out this article to learn more about the general rules and get answers to common inquiries about this matter: Frequently Asked Questions about ProAdvisor training and certification.
