I want to switch from QB Pro 2016 desktop to Mac 2019 desktop

I'm tired of running QB Pro 2016 in a virtual Windows 8 window on my Mac running High Sierra, as it is VERY slow, and I'm tired of watching paint dry.

What functionality or features am I going to lose, if any, by going from QB Pro 2016 to Mac 2019?

Thank you in advance for any feedback.

from what I understand, in Mac there is

no multicurrency
no manual payroll function
no auto back ups
no accountants copy in mac

Thanks Rustler for your reply. The "no multicurrency" and "no manual payroll function" are not an issue, as those do not pertain to me. The "no auto back ups" will just be an extra step to remember to do the backups. And the "no accountants copy" isn't an issue at this time, I can't afford an accountant at this time, so hopefully they add that in the future when I will be able to hire on. Thanks again.
