Being I subscribe to QuickBooks online, why can't I talk to a human agent about being charge for QuickBooks Plus when I cancel subscription in November 2020

Let me route you to the right support fr them to check why you're still being charged for your QuickBooks subscription.


They have the tools to access your account information in a secure place, which we're unable to do here because Community is a public forum. They can also provide you in-depth details about the charge. Follow along below to connect with them:


  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click Talk to a human.
  3. Type your concern.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us.
  6. Choose either Messaging or Callback.
