I was paid with PayPal from a client, but I do not have PayPal myself. How do I retrieve the money they sent through PayPal if I do not have one?

The invoice payment sent via PayPal will be deposited to the appointed bank account on your QuickBooks Payments account, BlackwellBusinessVentures.

Connecting your QuickBooks Payments to QuickBooks Online enables online payment options for your customer invoices. You can verify the assigned bank account under Account and settings.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and go to Settings (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Account and settings and locate the Payments tab.
  3. Review the linked bank account in the Deposit accounts section.
  4. You can click Change if needed and save the changes.

If you're new to e-invoices, the first set of payments will be deposited within 5 business days as we set up your account. Subsequent payments will be processed much faster. You can check this link for more details: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
