I went to reconcile my CC account for the statement ending 11/2. I had not yet reconciled the statement ending 10/2, tho. How do I re-enter that info for 10/2?

Welcome to the Community, pattidee77.

If you've already finished reconciling your November history, but haven't reconciled for October yet, you can undo reconciled transactions one at a time if necessary.

Here's how:

  1. From the Accounting menu, go to Chart of accounts.
  2. Find your account and click its View register option.
  3. Click a transaction you want to unreconciled to expand its view.
  4. Review the Check column. If your transaction is reconciled, you'll see an "R".
  5. Under the Check column, click your transaction's R button.
  6. Keep clicking until the box is blank. This removes your transaction from the reconciliation.
  7. Select Save.
  8. Repeat these steps for any transactions you need to unreconcile.

Subscribers using QuickBooks Online Accountant are able to undo an entire month's reconciliation at once. You can invite your accountant to undo the reconciliation period if necessary. If you're in need of one, you can consider using our Find a Proadvisor tool. All ProAdvisors listed there are QuickBooks-certified and able to provide helpful insights for driving your business' success.

I've also included a couple detailed resources about reconciling which may come in handy moving forward:
